Hey, I'm Andrew.
I've spent the better part of two decades in the Australian resources sector, leading operations with thousands of people and running multi-hundred-million-dollar budgets.
Along the way, I earned an MBA, got certified in Lean Six Sigma, and developed a real appetite for building things, which is what I do now: scale businesses, coach leaders, and write Second Level Thinking newsletter to share what I learn along the way.
I'm not a consultant who studied leadership from the outside.
I led at-scale and in an environment where getting the people side wrong was expensive, and sometimes dangerous.
Everything in this operating system came out of doing the job, not describing it.
